Q. Is the ordering secure?
A. We realize that buying thousands of dollars of promotional items at the first time can be a bit scary - which is why we would like to supply some of our customers from USA for you to ask about our credit.

Q. Do I have to pay for any Additional fees?
A. It depend on if your own country require any taxes. The customer is responsible for these fees.

Q. What payments methods can I pay with?
A. We accept only by T/T (wire transfer) in advance, 30% after firm order and 70% before shipping.

Q. Do you send samples?
A. We can send samples of our products with custom engraving so you can get exam the quality of our items.
We cannot ship samples for no cost.

Q. What can I do, if I made my shipping address mistake?
A. Failure to provide complete and accurate shipping addresses may cause delays to your shipment and will be subject to a charge of $ 7.00 a package for address correction by Express Company.

Q. How long it will take for an order?
A. The time it takes to produce your order depends on a variety of variables, including what you have chosen, if laser engraving is needed, if the pen is already in stock or have to produce again, etc. Most orders are shipped within 3 days to 4 weeks, after firm order.

Q. I would like to make a special order for something not shown on this site.
A. Just send us your sample and we will discuss with you for details later.

Q. Do you offer to my Country?
A. We offer international shipping to most countries. International shipping rates vary according to the destination country and the weight of the order. Charges will be calculated on each individual order.

Q. How many wood species can you offer in your products?
A. The wood species available in our products are Rosewood, Maple, Walnut, Beech, Oak, and Cherry, etc. but not every type in every wood.
Most of our items made from Padauk (Rosewood a beautiful tropical hardwood) which is found in Southeast Asia and Africa. Since Padauk Rosewood turns well, it is used often for luxurious furniture in Asia. Other uses include knife handles and piano legs, guitars and mandolins etc. but we use it to make our pens.

Q. How do I exchange or return an item? 
A.  Return and exchange information can be found on the back of the packing slip. If you do not have the packing slip please contact us via e-mail.
